HARICHANE Rim Chahra2026-09-232025-07https://dspace.esm-tlemcen.dz/handle/123456789/308The study aims to analyse the structuring role of digital solutions in the agile transformation of Algerian companies, with particular emphasis on two key mediating variables: proactivity and resilience. The central issue of this thesis revolves around the following question: "What is the impact of the use of digital solutions on the agile transformation of Algerian companies in terms of flexibility, proactivity and resilience? To answer this question, a quantitative methodology was used, based on the distribution of a questionnaire to a representative sample of 152 employees. The data collected was processed and analysed using SPSS and Smart-PLS 4 software, enabling the hypotheses put forward to be tested. The results show that the use of digital solutions has a significant positive impact on organisational agility, mainly through improved flexibility, proactivity and resilience.
