In a context where the healthcare sector faces increasing pressure to control spending and optimize resource use, the digitization of procurement procedures emerges as a key tool for modernization. The study highlights how digital tools contribute to improved traceability of operations, greater budget transparency, and more efficient allocation of both material and human resources. However, it also identifies several challenges, including insufficient staff training, limited technological infrastructure, and organizational resistance to change.
