It highlights that stress, as a psychosocial risk, hinders individual and organizational performance, particularly through symptoms like fatigue, irritability, or burnout. The study compares two sensitive sectors (banking and healthcare) to assess the perception of stress and the quality of management. In alignment with this issue, the second part presents an innovative project: "Bloom & Flow", a natural solution (medicinal herbal tea) designed for active women suffering from chronic stress. This project merges health, prevent ion, and female entrepreneurship, providing a direct response to the findings of the academic research. Thus, the link between the two parts is embodied in the intention to transform an identified managerial problem (work-related stress) into an opportunity for creating social and economic value, integrating concepts such as stress management, workplace well-being, product innovation, and social responsibility.froccupational stressmanagerial effectivenesswell-beinginnovationwomenworkplace healthsocial responsibilitymedicinal tea.Stress au travail : frein à un management efficace Etude de cas : Approche mixte et projet innovant Bloom & Flow.Thesis
