بن حبارة عادل2026-10-112022-06-23https://dspace.esm-tlemcen.dz/handle/123456789/441This study aimed to highlight the status of higher education institutions and the role they play in developing and upgrading the student’s level by encouraging his creative thinking at the Higher School of Business Administration of Tlemcen, through the use of the descriptive analytical approach to verify the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable in light of the study’s hypotheses. The study population is represented by the students of the Higher School of Business Administration of Tlemcen, who numbered about (876) students, and the sample of the study included (582) students. After using the appropriate statistical methods for data processing and analysis, we concluded that there is a direct and statistically significant relationship between the axes of the role of the Higher School of Business Administration of Tlemcen (the administration of the Higher School of Business Administration of Tlemcen, the environment of the Higher School of Business Administration of Tlemcen, intellectual and creative activities, the curriculum, the role of the professor in the school Higher Education for Business Administration, Tlemcen), and creative thinking skillsotherthe Higher School of Business Administration of Tlemcenintellectual and creative activitiesthe curriculumthe role of the professor at the Higher School of Business of Tlemcenthe role of the Higher School of Business of Tlemcencreative thinking skills.Thesis
