    This study aims to investigate the extent of the effect of functional exhaustion on the performance of doctors and paramedics. This study was conducted on 100 medical and paramedical personnel in the hospital public institution Muhammad Siadiqi Reggan, Adrar state. The study sought to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of job burnout and job performance by using the descriptive and analytical search technique of the questionnaire by employing the Maslash scale for job exhaustion in addition to performance items, and observation, interview and records were used to collect the necessary information and data from the reality of the public hospital institution, and for the purpose of testing the study hypotheses The simple regression method was adopted, and the study concluded that there is a direct correlation with statistical significance at the level of significance 0.05 that highlights the effect of functional exhaustion on the performance of doctors and paramedics, as the doctor and paramedics increase the degree of job exhaustion, the higher his performance in the General Hospital Organization Muhammad Sadiqi Reggan.
