In front of an arduous competition, and a more informed and demanding customers, companies now have only one goal in mind: to maintain their market share and especially their customers shares. To better understand what is mentioned above, we carried out this study, the aim of which is to present the essential factors of the closing strategy, loyalty and the moderating variable "customer relationship management" in a theoretical framework. Following a questionnaire launched, we were able to obtain a sample of 165 respondents, this will help to confirm or refute our hypotheses in order to be able to respond to our problem. Using SPSS software, we initiated a quantitative analysis which allowed us to conclude by the significance and reliability of our two hypotheses and thus by their confirmation

Le système d’information un pilier de la gouvernance d’entreprise: cas de l’entreprise portuaire de Mostaganem (EPM)

The information system is a pillar in companies for managing the relationship with the various stakeholders. In this study, we dealt with a problem concerning the role of the information system in the governance of companies, the case of the port company of Mostaganem. A questionnaire administered to company employees was used, a sample of 70 people analyzed by SPSS software .26. In the end, we arrived at the following results: the information system has a great impact on corporate governance and its mechanisms within the company, the decision in the company is taken collectively, this allows get to know the views of employees. The use of the information system helps the company disclosed these information, objective and policies transparently 110/2 through the use of computer tools and technology, and also the information system has a positive influence on fairness in the business.

L’effet de la norme iso 9001 :2015 sur l’amélioration de la compétitivité des entreprises Cas Les Grands Moulins de la Chorfa Mostaganem

À la lumière de l'intensification de la concurrence ; les entreprises cherchent à mettre en œuvre toutes les mesures positives pour augmenter leur compétitivité et accroitre leur part de marché. La certification iso 9001 : 2015 est un outil stratégique permettant de renforcer l’image de marque et d’obtenir un avantage concurrentiel ainsi que l’application de la certification iso 9001 : 2015 dépend de la mise en œuvre de ses propres normes et du développement d’un système de management de la qualité dans lequel tous les acteurs sont inclus, afin de s’assurer que les activités de l’entreprise sont surveillées, améliorées et répondrons aux exigences des clients, etc. Et c’est pourquoi la problématique a été soulevé pour comprendre l'effet de la certification iso 9001 : 2015 sur l’amélioration de la compétitivité de l’entreprise ? Notre recherche vise à comprendre la relation entre les deux concepts de recherche, à savoir la certification iso 9001 : 2015 et la compétitivité, où nous avons mené une étude de cas dans l'entreprise Spa Les Grands Moulins De la Chorfa, basée sur une logique comparative entre avant l’adaptation iso 9001 : 2015 et son adaptation, d’où il a été prouvé qu'il y a un effet positif entre la certification iso 9001 : 2015 et la compétitivité. C’est-à-dire que la certification ISO 9001 : 2015 établis un système intégré de management de la qualité basé sur la vision stratégique de l'entreprise, ce qui fait conduire l’entreprise à améliorer sa performance globale et donc sa compétitivité
