    Management Control System is considred as the spine of managing process, and one of the most important appliances to controll organisations. This system plays a vital role when managing organistations, because it provides necessary information that enhance their performance. The purpose of this study is to identify the role of Management Control System in controlling hospitals institutions. In addition, this study deals with the creation and the definition of this system, passing by its principes, application stages. Moreover, the importance of this research is to make ultimate use from this system's implements, so we can see how important it is, and how important to adopt it in our hospitals. Applying Management Control System made a huge positive impact on performance in these hospitals, so it helped supervisors to make the best decisions and thus achieve the best results.

    دور نظام مراقبة التسيير في التحكم في تسيير المؤسسات الإستشفائية

    يعتبر نظام م ا رقبة التسيير العمود الفقري للعملية التسييرية ومن أهم الأدوات المستعملة للتحكم في تسيير المؤسسات، ولأدوات هذا النظام دور فعال في المؤسسة لكونها تسمح بتزويد المعلومات الضرورية للتحكم في سيرها ومساهمتها في تحسين أداء المؤسسة. هدفت هاته الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على دور نظام م ا رقبة التسيير في التحكم في تسيير المؤسسات الإستشفائية، وقد تم في هاته الد ا رسة التطرق إلى نشأة نظام م ا رقبة التسيير وتعريفه، وذلك من خلال مبادئه وم ا رحل تطبيقه في المؤسسات الإستشفائية، وتكمن أهمية البحث في الإستفادة من أهم أدوات نظام م ا رقبة التسيير المستعملة في المؤسسات الإستشفائية، لتبيان مدى امكانية تطويع هذا النظام بما يسمح استخدامه في المؤسسات الإستشفائية. وقد تبين لنا أن هناك تأثير إيجابي ج ا رء ادخال نظام م ا رقبة التسيير على المؤسسات الإستشفائية وهذا على التأثير في الأداء، حيث يساعد المسؤولين في الرقابة على التسيير والمفاضلة بين الق ا ر ا رت وبالتالي تساعد على تحقيق النتائج.
