    Despite the tremendous efforts made by the Algerian government to secure self- sufficiency for the health needs of the population, the crisis of trust between patients and doctors continues to cause the public resentment of society to rise in the face of the health care provided, which prompted us to search and investigate the reasons for the lack of confidence and lack thereof in the process. Therapeutic, as our study aims to uncover the effect of the dimensions and determinants of trust between the doctor and the patient on the therapeutic path, and since trust is a rational, double-sided act, it was necessary to research the details of the dimensions and determinants of trust for both the doctor and the patient, each separately, we will review the theoretical review of the details of the research topic The field study was carried out by selecting a combined research community of patients and doctors, and investigating their opinions on the subject of the study
