Item تأثي ر استراتيجية الكايزن على القدرات الابداعية للعاملين )دراسة حالة مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بتيسمسيلت(Ecole Superieure De Managment Tlemcen, 2022) يعقوب عبد الفتاح بعشي محمد إسماعيلThe present study aimed to know the impact of Kaizen strategy on the employees’ creative capacities at the Gas and Electricity Distribution Direction of Tissemsilt. The theoretical aspects were addressed using the descriptive analytical approach, and a questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection which was processed by the statistical program (SPSS v21). The study showed that Kaizen Strategy has a significant positive impact on the employees’ creative capacities at the Distribution Direction of Tissemsilt, with an effect value of (0.722) and a significant level of 5%.
