    Impact de la digitalisation sur la performance financière du secteur artisanal : étude de cas du projet « GEMIFY »

    The aim of this study is to analyse the impact of digitalisation on the financial performance of SMEs and artisanal jewellers through a case study applied to the GEMIFY project, a mobile application incorporating personalisation, 3D visualisation and artificial intelligence. To address this topic from different perspectives, a mixed-methodology approach combining qualitative and quantitative methods was adopted. The results of the study show that digitalisation helps to improve sales, profitability, customer relations and the competitiveness of artisan businesses, despite certain constraints related to resources and digital skills.
