    This research examines how internal integration strategy influences organizational adaptability through innovation and networks. The central question: “How do internal integration mechanisms influence adaptability in a complex environment?” A quantitative approach was used, based on a questionnaire distributed to 110 managers in sectors with high complexity. Data were analyzed using SPSS, PROCESS, and SmartPLS 4. Results show that internal integration significantly and positively impacts organizational adaptability, mainly through innovation and networks. Breaking down silos, fluid exchanges, trust, and informal connectors enhance responsiveness and reconfiguration capacity, improving adaptability. The study suggests that a well-planned internal integration strategy can improve adaptability and sustainable performance in Algeria
