    The rupture of medicines has always existed since many years, the shortages and the breakages supply the medicaments multiply and that phenomenon has progression, its durations and its effects advance all minds. The medicament has the most therapeutic instrument performing in health currently that their unique character by a health report confers on them a special status. The causes of stock outs and supplying concern different stages in the process of supply and stock. This memory addresses the issue of supplying medicament management of the first pharmacy level of the university hospital center CHU “TEDJANNI Damerdji”. The problem was defined as the recurring breaks in medicines. This study has for the purpose of talking about the application of the supply and stock management function at the hospital level.
