Le rôle des solutions digitales dans la transformation agile de l’entreprise algérienne -Etude empirique-
(Ecole Superieure De Managment Tlemcen, 2025-07) HARICHANE Rim Chahra
The study aims to analyse the structuring role of digital solutions in the agile transformation of Algerian companies, with particular emphasis on two key mediating variables: proactivity and resilience. The central issue of this thesis revolves around the following question: "What is the impact of the use of digital solutions on the agile transformation of Algerian companies in terms of flexibility, proactivity and resilience? To answer this question, a quantitative methodology was used, based on the distribution of a questionnaire to a representative sample of 152 employees. The data collected was processed and analysed using SPSS and Smart-PLS 4 software, enabling the hypotheses put forward to be tested. The results show that the use of digital solutions has a significant positive impact on organisational agility, mainly through improved flexibility, proactivity and resilience. More specifically, automation, dematerialisation and disintermediation/re-intermediation contribute to greater flexibility, proactivity and resilience, which play a decisive role in improving professional performance and gaining a competitive advantage
