    Essai d’analyse de la performance RH par le canal de la digitalisation. Cas de l’entreprise ORSIM

    In a context characterized by rapid digital transformation, organizations are increasingly adopting new management practices to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. This thesis examines human resource performance through the channel of digitalization within ORSIM Company. The study aims to highlight the impact of digitalized HR practices on improving both organizational and human resource performance. An empirical study was conducted using a questionnaire distributed among ORSIM employees. The findings indicate that digitalization generally contributes to improving HR performance through process optimization, faster access to information, and enhanced quality of HR services. The study therefore emphasizes digitalization as a strategic lever for the modernization and development of the human resources function
