    Study summary This study aimed to identify emerging institutions in the health sector and to complete a project represented in the electronic health book for pregnant women and to dispense with the classic book, by conducting a study in the two public hospital institutions, Mohamed Boudiaf and Daly Abdel Kader, in addition to the two public health institutions in the states of Naama - Ain Sefra - And the state of Mascara, as we do not forget the clinic specialized in obstetrics and gynecology, is full of people in Mascara. The descriptive analytical method was used in our study, where we used the questionnaire tool for To identify a sample of women and medical staff in the interest to find out their opinions, 200 questionnaires were distributed distributed to all the previously mentioned institutions. 165 questionnaires were retrieved, 120 for the first category (pregnant and postpartum women), 45 for the second category of medical staff. After analyzing the results, it was concluded that the second category of the staff is fully prepared to accept the electronic health book, as it helps them a lot, while the first category of pregnant women and postpartum women also accepted the idea in a large percentage, especially the educated women, but there are some women who refused to consider They do not know how to use modern technologies and do not adapt to change in addition to the price.
