Le rôle des Plateformes Numériques dans l’Amélioration de l’Efficacité Touristique étude de cas: Projet innovant 1275 «Viselly»
(Ecole Superieure De Managment Tlemcen, 2026-06) NEHARI Roumaissa * RIFFI Othmane
Algeria is experiencing a growing digital transformation that is gradually affecting all sectors, including tourism and administrative services related to international mobility. In this context, this dissertation analyzes the role of digital platforms in improving tourist efficiency, through the study of the VISELLY project, an innovative mobile application dedicated to supporting visa applications. The work is based on a methodology combining academic literature review, field survey of 103 respondents, and strategic analysis tools (SWOT, SCP, 7P Marketing Mix). The results confirm the existence of a real need, given the problems of consular appointment shortages, rejected applications, and recourse to illegal intermediaries. VISELLY offers a concrete response through AI-based document verification, secure booking, and real-time tracking. The project is part of an inclusive digitalization approach to public services, making administrative procedures simpler, more accessible, and more equitable for all Algerian citizens
