La performance de la fonction RH à travers la responsabilité sociale des entreprises Etude de cas : l’entreprise SADEG -Tlemcen-
(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2021-09-27) ZIANI Siham
The application of CSR within companies has become imperative due to the health crisis that has recently attacked all countries of the world, so that they must be accountable to their communities, but before that, they must first engage socially in their HR. Note’s study aimed to identify the role of social responsibility in improving the performance of the HR function. We applied this study to company “SADEG IMAMA, Tlemcen” using the blended approach (the exploratory sequential model), we used both an interview with the HRD manager and a questionnaire on a sample of 40 employees to gather information, while for the analysis, we used EXCEL and IBM SPSS version 28. Our results show that CSR practices have no impact on the performance of the HR function in “SADEG IMAMA, Tlemcen”. The most important recommendations we have proposed are: to set up an information system easily communicating between the different hierarchies, making available and allocating financial resources for socially responsible investments, providing CSR training and CSR policy development within a company requires measures to meet employee well-being, so the HR function needs to develop new tools to do so
