Item The impact of the digital communication on the brand image. Study case: Ooredoo Algeria - Sense Conseil(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2021-09-27) Kherroubi KhaoulaThe concept of brand image is a very rich concept because it is related to many other marketing concepts. In order to gain recognition and increase their visibility, companies are increasingly using the digital communication channels to enhance their brand image. This is why it is more important than ever for companies to develop a strategy that will allow them to reach their consumers the most. As part of this thesis, we studied the impact of digital communication on brand image. Through a quantitative study carried out on the Ooredoo brand, we were able to confirm that Ooredoo's digital visibility and presence via its digital communication channels and especially social media impact positively. Meanwhile the associations that are strongly related to Ooredoo’s brand are not the reason to let people engage, but the interactivity and the reactivity of the brand can provide a positive brand imageItem The Impact of Service Quality Dimensions on Customer Satisfaction Case study of B.E.A BENI SAF(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2021) Bouchra DICHThis study explores the impact of Service Quality Dimensions on customer satisfaction. Using the SERVQUAL model, the research seeks to examine wether there is a significant impact of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible aspects on customer satisfaction in the External Bank of Algeria. A sample of 119 banking customers was randomly selected and data were analyzed through SPSS version 26. The effect of service quality dimensions on customer satisfaction was estimated using descriptive statistics, one sample t-tests; Results indicated that all five service quality factors have significant influence on customer satisfaction in the External Bank of Algeria. The working force of the company is the most valuable and the most expensive resources it can use to get the job done. For this reason, it is necessary to motivate employees in order to improve their performance.The general objective of this research was to study the impact of motivation on the general direction of algerie telecom’s staff performance .and the study was oriented by the following particular objectives: to find whether motivation is considered as a strategic plan for a better performance in the company or no , and also to find out whether employees are satisfied with the different types of incentives that the company provide to increase their performance . The study adopted a descriptive research design. A sample of 53 individuals was randomly selected. Data were obtained using an online questionnaire in Google forms , while Excel and SPSS were used for analysis. In this study, we dealt with a problem concerning the role of the information system in the governance of companies, the case of the port company of Mostaganem. A questionnaire administered to company employees was used, a sample of 70 people analyzed by SPSS software .26. In the end, we arrived at the following results: the information system has a great impact on corporate governance and its mechanisms within the company, the decision in the company is taken collectively, this allows get to know the views of employees. La certification iso 9001 : 2015 est un outil stratégique permettant de renforcer l’image de marque et d’obtenir un avantage concurrentiel ainsi que l’application de la certification iso 9001 : 2015 dépend de la mise en œuvre de ses propres normes et du développement d’un système de management de la qualité dans lequel tous les acteurs sont inclus, afin de s’assurer que les activités de l’entreprise sont surveillées, améliorées et répondrons aux exigences des clients, etc. Et c’est pourquoi la problématique a été soulevé pour comprendre l'effet de la certification iso 9001 : 2015 sur l’amélioration de la compétitivité de l’entreprise ?
