Item L’analyse de comportement des voyageurs lors de la réservation d’hôtel(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2025) Wafaa boufeldja; Fatima zahra benelhadjCette étude vise à analyser le comportement des voyageurs lors de la réservation d’hôtels. Elle se concentre sur l’identification des principaux facteurs influençant leurs décisions, tels que le prix, la localisation, les avis en ligne, les promotions et offres spéciales, ainsi que les images et descriptions des établissements. L’étude examine comment chacun de ces éléments affecte les préférences des clients et leur processus de choix. À travers cette analyse, la recherche met en lumière l’importance de ces facteurs dans la satisfaction globale des voyageurs. En s’appuyant sur des données recueillies, elle propose des pistes pour mieux répondre aux attentes des clients. L’objectif final est d’aider les professionnels du secteur hôtelier à offrir une expérience de séjour agréable, confortable et conforme aux besoins des voyageurs.Item The impact of travel influencers on the brand image of a tourist destination Study case « The Travel Influencer Khoubaib »(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2025) Toumi KhadidjaThis research investigates the impact of travel influencers on the brand image of tourist destinations, with a particular focus on the case of Algerian content creator Khoubaib Khouas. A literature review was conducted to establish a solid theoretical foundation, followed by a quantitative field survey. Data collected from 138 participants was analyzed using SPSS (version 27), confirming a significant relationship between influencer credibility and destination brand image. The findings highlight the importance of the influencer's expertise and trustworthiness in enhancing destination appeal. The research investigates how empowering employees contributes to improving organizational performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ultimately increasing financial returns in hotels facing growing operational challenges. The study was conducted through a case study at Hotel Mermoura, where data were collected using questionnaires distributed among employees across various departments. The analysis focused on understanding the relationship between employee empowerment and key organizational outcomes such as work environment, training opportunities, teamwork, and overall profitability. Findings from the research confirmed that employee empowerment plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work climate, promoting innovation, and increasing job commitment. Moreover, results indicated a strong correlation between empowered employees and improved service quality, which directly affects guest loyalty and, consequently, hotel revenue.Item L’impact de plateformes de réservation sur l’expérience touristique :comportement des touristes algériens(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2025) Benayad dhia Eddine; Bouzid dahou AsmaaThis study aims to evaluate the impact of digital booking platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia on tourists' experiences, from the reservation phase to post-trip evaluation, in order to address the following research question: how do digital booking platforms influence the tourist experience? The study relied on a questionnaire involving 134 tourists, as well as an analysis of user reviews on these platforms. The results showed that these platforms facilitate access to information, price comparison, and instant booking, which strengthens tourists' trust and enhances their overall experience. The majority of participants expressed satisfaction with the ease of use, the speed of procedures, and the variety of available options, all of which contribute to improving the travel experience.Item The Impact of Local Residents’ Behavior on Tourism(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2025-06) Adem DraouThis thesis examines the impact of local communities’ behavior on tourism in Algiers through a case study involving surveys and data analysis. The findings reveal complex patterns in residents’ perceptions and experiences of tourism, characterized by generally supportive yet cautious attitudes. Younger residents tend to show more openness toward tourists, while older groups exhibit more reserved views. Interaction levels vary widely, with those working in tourism-related roles engaging more frequently and positively. Although most residents deny significant cultural or environmental changes due to tourism, subtle shifts are acknowledged by those more exposed. Emotional responses range from civic pride to polite neutrality, reflecting both engagement and emotional distance. The study highlights how local behaviors serve as an influential yet often invisible framework shaping the overall tourism experience in Algiers. It also points to the importance of fostering community involvement to promote sustainable and meaningful tourism development.Item Factors Influencing Algerian Customers trust in generic drugs(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2024) Sirine GASMIThis thesis focuses on the factors that influence Algerian consumers’ trust in generic drugs, which are known for being effective and more affordable alternatives to branded medications. Combining theoretical review and field research, the study explores the role of knowledge, price perception, brand image, medical recommendations (particularly from pharmacists), and personal experience in shaping public trust. Findings show that limited awareness is a major obstacle, while personal experiences and pharmacist advice strongly affect trust levels. On the other hand, price and brand perception showed weaker influence. The study emphasizes the need for public health education, stronger involvement of pharmacists, and the promotion of locally produced generics as trusted and ethical alternatives that support the national pharmaceutical industry. The development of the local market is based on the growingdemand for safe andnutritious products, which is largelyinfluenced by medical recommendations. The brand has organized its approach around products adapted to the specific needs of infants, an accessible pricing policy, multi-channel distribution, and educationalcommunicationsbasedonsocialnetworksandhealthstakeholders.Weconducted a statistical studybased in Blida in the form of an online questionnaire to 200 parents to find out the overall satisfaction with the quality and safetyof Bledina products, as well as the critical influence of medical opinions on brand choice. By combining theoretical analysis with a field study conducted at EPH Bouzidi Lakhdar (BordjBouArréridj) and the CNAS General Directorate (Algiers), this research highlights the potential of HIS to modernize hospital financial management. The results indicate that an integrated information system would improve expenditure tracking, enhance transparency, and support a more equitable allocation of resources. A hybrid financing model combining a fixed base with a variable component linked to real activity is proposed. To achieve this, a questionnaire was administered to a sample of 40 individuals. The results were analysed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS27). Étude de cas : EPH 19 Mars Beni Saf(école superieure de managment tlemcen, 2025-03-19) AMAR BENSABER Mohammed El AmineThis thesis examines the impact of public procurement digitalization on the management of hospital resources, using the case study of the 19 March Public Hospital (EPH) in BeniSaf, Algeria. In a context where the healthcare sector faces increasing pressure to control spending and optimize resource use, the digitization of procurement procedures emerges as a key tool for modernization. The study highlights how digital tools contribute to improved traceability of operations, greater budget transparency, and more efficient allocation of both material and human resources. However, it also identifies several challenges, including insufficient staff training, limited technological infrastructure, and organizational resistance to change. The research concludes with practical recommendations to enhance the positive impact of digital transformation on the performance of public hospital institutions.
