It essentially dexribe the provision of health services and puts forward the necessary adjustments and suggestions helpful for the improvement of heath care on a continuous basis. Despite the advantage of TQM, its application is still limited in health institutions. Moreover, the reason behind its limited applications and the factors of its success are still unclear.
