dc.description.abstractNowadays ,different organizations and institutions need to maintain high performance to stay competitive and achieve their objectives. The working force of the company is the most valuable and the most expensive resources it can use to get the job done. For this reason, it is necessary to motivate employees in order to improve their performance.The general objective of this research was to study the impact of motivation on the general direction of algerie telecom’s staff performance .and the study was oriented by the following particular objectives: to find whether motivation is considered as a strategic plan for a better performance in the company or no , and also to find out whether employees are satisfied with the different types of incentives that the company provide to increase their performance . The study adopted a descriptive research design. A sample of 53 individuals was randomly selected. Data were obtained using an online questionnaire in Google forms , while Excel and SPSS were used for analysis. The results revealed that motivation has no significant impact on the employees performance ,even though the material incentives are considered as more important than moral incentives for algerie telecom’s staff .
