dc.description.abstractThe study aimed at to identifier the role of lean management on the creativity of employees. That is, how lean management tools (5S workplace organization, continuous improvement Kaizen, standard work, multifunctional workers, and Six Sigma) can promote the factors of creativity (problem solving, changeability, accepting risk, and encouraging creativity).We used the analytical descriptive approach, We applied the study to «CERAMIG DIVINDUS», and the questionnaire was used as a study tool and the statistical program SPSS V24 to dump data and analyse results. We distributed a questionnaire to a sample of 140 workers and (110) questionnaire were retrieved. Our results show that lean management has its various tools and has no impact on the creativity of employees in the company «CERAMIG DIVINDUS». The most important recommendations we have proposed are: give workers knowledge in the field of six Sigma, and Working to build strong communication channels to transfer creative ideas from creators to senior management.
