Le système d’information un pilier de la gouvernance d’entreprise: cas de l’entreprise portuaire de Mostaganem (EPM)

Abstract

The information system is a pillar in companies for managing the relationship with the various stakeholders. In this study, we dealt with a problem concerning the role of the information system in the governance of companies, the case of the port company of Mostaganem. A questionnaire administered to company employees was used, a sample of 70 people analyzed by SPSS software .26. In the end, we arrived at the following results: the information system has a great impact on corporate governance and its mechanisms within the company, the decision in the company is taken collectively, this allows get to know the views of employees. The use of the information system helps the company disclosed these information, objective and policies transparently
