In an environment where traditional financing mechanisms show their limitations, crowdfunding emerges as an innovative and inclusive solution aligned with current economic transformations. This dissertation focuses on the design of a crowdfunding platform capable of meeting the funding needs of startup project initiators while ensuring the security of investor contributions. The study begins by identifying various classical and alternative forms of financing, and then explores the definition, types, and key success factors of crowdfunding. It leads to the design of Axiona, an Algerian equity crowdfunding platform conceived to engage a committed community around high-potential entrepreneurial project. Axiona aims to be more than a technical tool; it embodies a strategic vision to promote a crowdfunding culture in Algeria, based on transparency, financial inclusion, and support for local entrepreneurship. Despite the forward-looking nature of this work, it opens up avenues for future research, particularly regarding the long-term sustainability of such platforms, evolving investment behaviors, and the integration of technologies such as blockchain to enhance transaction security
