Abstract

Abstract: Pure Heal is eco-friendly alternative to traditional tongue depressors, made from palm waste. Packaged in boxes of 100 units, the product is offered at an affordable price of 400 DZD, providing a sustainable, hygienic, and local solution for the medical sector. E-Pure Heal, on the other hand, is an innovative platform that connects waste producers with users, thereby promoting the circular economy and the valorization of resources. Its business model is based on two main revenue streams: a subscription system for platform users (Basic at 2,000 DZD, Standard at 3,500 DZD, and Pro at 4,500 DZD), giving access to various services and features, and a 10% commission charged on each transaction carried out through the platform between waste producers and buyers.
