Abstract

Economic diversification is considered the basis of the development of the nation and the assurance of his future. The company plays an important role in economic growth, because it is regarded as the source of wealth. For this purpose, the creation of a company must be made from the scientific steps based on innovation and technology, and more, should be addressed to the human factor and facilitate stains. On the other hand, because of the economic crisis in Algeria, the Algerian State to decide to make an economic diversification in several areas, among them is aquaculture. The latter is a very attractive activity thanks to its benefit results. In addition, it is considered one of the activities involved in the creation of wealth.
