Abstract

Algeria is facing a growing aging population, leading to an increased demand for home care services. In this context, the Proxicare project aims to develop an innovative mobile application that connects qualified caregivers with elderly or dependent individuals. This thesis examines the strategic, economic, and technological feasibility of the project through a methodology that combines literature review, field survey, and strategic tools (SWOT, PESTEL, SMART). The results reveal a strong development potential in major Algerian cities and a relevant response to the need for personalized, digitized support. The project fits within an inclusive digital transformation strategy, valuing both caregivers and beneficiaries. The thesis also provides recommendations for the implementation and future evolution of the project.
