dc.description.abstractThe business environment is characterized by an ever-turbulent and increasingly uncertain change imposed by the globalization of markets, the rapid development of technologies and the growth of the knowledge economy, all of which have prompted the company to change its strategy and take the course of effective performance .One of the most effective strategies in human resources management is employee training, which is necessary to develop employee performance and create the basic knowledge and skills to develop company performance . This study aims to assess the impact of the training process on the performance of the company, which was carried out in the study complex and the realization of the technical work in west of Algeria. The results of the field study confirm that there is a positive relationship between the training policy and the development of company's performance, namely that the training policy allows a certain degree to increase the performance of SEROR by trying to develop the skills of its employees
