Abstract

The objective of this research work is to identify the role of internal communication in accompanying organizational change. In this context, a quantitative study was carried out among the executives of the Cevital group in order to examine the degree of interest and importance that the company attaches to internal communication. The results of this study showed that internal communication is an essential tool for the transmission of the meaning of the project and for the achievement of the organization’s strategy and its changes with a view to better team membership
