Abstract
The aim of this study is to highlight the impact of information and communication technology on the performance of the Algerian Telecommunications Corporation in Ain Séfra Region. The technology is of great importance in carrying out the various activities assigned to it by the business organization to perform its functions in an environment characterized by changes and developments especially those in information technology The communications of this age, including Internet networks, telephone, computer, fax, etc. This information development was a necessary need to keep place with it, which will have a clear impact on the performance within the institution to develop and improve it to achieve its objectives. The study concluded by relying on the descriptive approach in describing the research variables and the analytical approach in analyzing some statistical results, that the use of information technology influenced the performance by raising its level and upgrading it for the better.
