dc.description.abstractIn recentyears, humanresources management (HRM) has become a strategicactivitythatcreates an essential competitive advantage for the company (Arcand, 2006). Indeed, the employees no longer just a replaceable gear for the company, but rather an intangible asset thatwewant to attract, train, motivate, engage, orient, develop, but above all retain in the company. The objective of this work is to explain the extent of the advantage provided by human resources and their contribution to the performance of ago- foodcompanies. After a review of the literature, the need for a practical illustration of the 50 ago-foodcompanies arises. The results obtained have shown that HMR practices have a positive impact on company performance.
