Abstract

This thesis focuses on the study and establishment of a startup named "Kwitely", a digital platform and smart application specialized in the e-health sector and home healthcare services. The project addresses key challenges within Algeria’s traditional healthcare system, such as the mobility difficulties faced by vulnerable groups (the elderly, people with special needs, and chronic disease patients), as well as long queues and complex appointment scheduling procedures. The "Kwitely" app provides an innovative solution leveraging geolocation (GPS) technology to directly connect patients with the nearest available medical and paramedical staff (doctors, nurses, biologists) for home-based nursing, lab sample collection, and medicine delivery. The study concluded that the startup’s technical and operational readiness contributes to the modernization of Algeria’s healthcare sector and helps reduce the burden on public healthcare facilities.
