Abstract

Participatory innovation appears to be one of the major elements in the creation of new offers and the competitiveness of companies, whose success and survival depend on their capacity to innovate. This research work aims to find out how to use stakeholders to innovate and how this innovation contributes to the creation of new offers. Indeed, this research work carries a study of a sample of 60 employees of an Algerian company that integrate participatory innovation in its activity. The results obtained showed that companies must integrate participatory innovation into their management system in order to encourage the creation and development of new offers. Taking into account the importance of this type of innovation is likely to ensure better conditions of success for their new offers
