Abstract

This thesis presents Raíza, an innovative digital platform that combines ethical crowdfunding and agricultural equipment rental, addressing the issue of limited access to resources for small-scale farmers in Algeria. The objective is to develop a structured business plan, assessing the strategic, economic, and operational feasibility of the project. The adopted methodology includes documentary research, SWOT and PESTEL analyses, field surveys, and financial forecasting. The results confirm the viability of the model, its positive social impact, and its scalability at the national level. Raíza thus illustrates how student entrepreneurship, supported by innovation and digital tools, can contribute to the sustainable modernization of the agricultural sector in Algeria.
