Abstract

Within a competitive environment, companies are in a war for talents which leads to implement a talent management system to face this situation. Our research studied the influence of talent management practices on the employee loyalty. This investigation is conducted on a sample of 178 SEA’s employees, thus a Google form questionnaire was sent to them and 107 people had responded. The findings obtained after analysing data quantitatively with IBM SPSS 25 shown that talent management practices as the development and career advancement, recognition and valorization, and the relationship between the employee and his manager have a significance impact on the workers loyalty.
