L’impact de la gestion des connaissances sur la performance des établissements de santé publics.

Abstract

Our study identifies the impact of knowledge management on the performance of health facilities. This includes studying the impact of knowledge management processes (knowledge acquisition, creation, storage, sharing and application) the speed, quality, size and accuracy of performance as indicators in health facilities. We applied this study to "Sétif's CHU and Tizi-Ouzou's CHU" using the mixed approach. we used both a staff interview and a questionnaire on a sample of 247 employees to collect information, while for the analysis we used EXCEL and SPSS version 26. Our results show that knowledge management has a positive impact on the performance of health facilities "Sétif's CHU and Tizi-Ouzou's CHU".
