Healthcare institutions in Algeria face continuous challenges in managing medical equipment breakdowns, which can impact the quality of care. In this context, the E-SIGNAL project aims to develop an innovative digital system and mobile application that allows for the management and reporting of malfunctions and maintenance problems in both public and private healthcare facilities. This thesis examines the strategic, economic, and technological feasibility of the project through a methodology that combines literature review, a field survey (at the Mother and Child Hospital in Tlemcen), and strategic analysis tools (SWOT, PESTEL). The results reveal a strong development potential for modernizing hospital infrastructure and providing a relevant digitized response to maintenance needs. The project fits within a comprehensive hospital digital transformation strategy, valuing both medical staff and technical intervention teams. This thesis also provides recommendations for the implementation and future evolution of the project.
