Abstract
The objective of this study to identify the analysis of training needs and their role in the development of employee performance. To address this issue, the case of an economic institution that accommodates the issue, represented by the Naftal Corporation - Sharqa, was studied. In this study, we rely on the descriptive analytical approach. To achieve this objective, we used the questionnaire as a study tool that included 31 questions. The questionnaire was distributed within the institution to a sample of 80 workers, and the statistical package was used to process the data collected from the study sample using the SPSS, Finally, the most important results that have been achieved are that training is a strategic objective through which the institution seeks to achieve its goals and the goals of its workers by developing the performance of workers on the one hand and increasing productivity on the other. ; The performance evaluation in the organization is very
