Essai d’analyse des effets du Burnout sur la Performance individuelle des ressources humaines Etude du cas de l’APC Tlemcen

Abstract

This work aims to study the effect of burnout on the individual performance of administrative employees at the headquarters of the Town Hall of Tlemcen. In order to measure this effect, we used a methodology which is divided into several stages, a descriptive stage, an analytical stage and finally a deductive stage. We distributed a questionnaire on a total of 129 administrative workers of the establishment where we carried out our application internship, we had a total of 117 returns to our questionnaire which was subsequently statistically processed by the software SPSS ver .26, at this end we were able to establish a negative and harmful relationship of burnout on the individual performance of the employees of the headquarters of the Town Hall of Tlemcen.
