    الرضا الوظيفي وأثره على جودة الخدمات الصحية دراسة حالة: المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية "محمودي عبد القادر" جديوية ولاية غليزان

    هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة اثر الرضا الوظيفي على جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة من المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية "محمودي عبد القادر" بمدينة " جديوية"، تمت معالجة الموضوع بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومن خلال الدراسة الميدانية تم جمع البيانات عن طريق توزيع استمارتي استبيان على عينتين: الأول وجه إلى مقدمي الخدمات )52(فرد، والثاني وجه إلى المرضى)52(فرد، وتم الاعتماد على برنامج SPSS في تحليل نتائج الدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى انه لا يوجد اثر للرضا الوظيفي بدلالة أبعاده على جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدم في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية ب" جديوية". وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بالعائد المادي من الوظيفة وتحسين بيئة العمل، مع تطبيق القانون بكل شفافية في الترقية

    The study aimed to know the impact of job satisfaction on the quality of health services provided by the Public Institution for Neighborhood Health "Mahmoudi Abdel Qader" in the city of "Gedawiya, Through the field study, the data was collected by distributing two questionnaires on two samples : the first was directed to service providers (52 individuals), and the second was directed to patients (52) individuals, and the SPSS program was relied on to analyze the results of the study. The study concluded that there is no effect of job satisfaction in terms of its dimensions on the quality of health services provided in the Public Institution for Neighborhood Health with a "seriousness". The study recommended the necessity of paying attention to the financial return from the job and improving the work environment, while applying the law with full transparency in promotion.
