Abstract

The study aimed to know the impact of job satisfaction on the quality of health services provided by the Public Institution for Neighborhood Health "Mahmoudi Abdel Qader" in the city of "Gedawiya, Through the field study, the data was collected by distributing two questionnaires on two samples : the first was directed to service providers (52 individuals), and the second was directed to patients (52) individuals, and the SPSS program was relied on to analyze the results of the study. The study concluded that there is no effect of job satisfaction in terms of its dimensions on the quality of health services provided in the Public Institution for Neighborhood Health with a "seriousness". The study recommended the necessity of paying attention to the financial return from the job and improving the work environment, while applying the law with full transparency in promotion.
