dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to measure the organizational performance of hospital management in the healthcare context at Mohammed Boudiaf Hospital. To achieve this goal, we used an analytical, descriptive, and inferential statistical approach. The dimensions of our study focused on understanding the factors that influence the organization and organizational performance, such as organizational motivation, organizational capabilities, and the peculiarities of performance measurement in the hospital, including criteria such as effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, and financial sustainability, as well as performance evaluation and indicators that affect organizational performance . The study sample consisted of 58 individuals from the employees of Mohammed Boudiaf Hospital in Relizane, divided into four categories: medical staff, nursing staff, administrative staff, and technical staff . The results of this study shed light on the areas that require improvements to enhance the organizational performance of hospital management. These recommendations may include measures such as improving internal communication, implementing employee training programs, enhancing work methods, and so on. In summary, this study aims to evaluate the organizational performance of hospital management using key performance indicators
