dc.description.abstractToday, a company that is able to adapt to changes in its environment, is a company considered efficient and competitive. These changes occur in all sectors: the industrial sector, the service sector and ICT. The Algerian company is not immune to this change. It must be transformed by relying on logic of flexibility, acquisition, conservation and development of its human resources. Skills development is emerging as a major concern for companies operating in a competitive market in terms of skills. Thus, at the heart of skills development, training is one of the ways to update and integrate new knowledge into professional practice. The training is now considered as a strategic tool to offer employees of the company a better control of their positions that implies to propose an offer of quality in terms of products or services.
