Abstract

Marketing research has been interested in understanding consumer behavior and its purchasing decision-making process, as well as patient behavior because today the patient is more and more informed and claims their decision-making process for purchasing products. or health services is influenced by several factors including their behavior and those around them. In addition, the analysis of the factors likely to have an influence on the decision to purchase medical care has been able to reveal a multiple of variables including patient behavior, need, perceived risk and expert opinion each has different degrees. This present research is part of this perspective by trying to analyze the factors having an impact on the decision-making process for the purchase of medical care by the Algerian patient. To highlight this reality, we chose to test our research model on a sample of 150 consumers, the goal is to fully understand the behavior of the Algerian patient and what are the factors that have an impact on the decision-making of this patient
