Abstract

This study aims to try to find out the extent to which the principles of governance contribute to improving quality in the institutions that provide health services at the Tijani Damerji University Hospital Center in Tlemcen. The descriptive and analytical approach to analyze the data, which was obtained through the questionnaire, which was distributed to a random sample of 50 administrative workers in the center and to treat and test hypotheses using a set of statistical methods such as stability coefficient, standard deviation, arithmetic mean, correlation coefficient and simple regression This is done using SPSS statistical software.The study proved that there is a direct relationship between the application of the principles of governance and improving the quality of health services. Thus, disclosure and transparency, participation, accountability, effectiveness and justice can contribute to improving the quality of health services at the level of the center under study
