dc.description.abstractThis study aims to evaluate the impact of digital booking platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia on tourists' experiences, from the reservation phase to post-trip evaluation, in order to address the following research question: how do digital booking platforms influence the tourist experience? The study relied on a questionnaire involving 134 tourists, as well as an analysis of user reviews on these platforms. The results showed that these platforms facilitate access to information, price comparison, and instant booking, which strengthens tourists' trust and enhances their overall experience. The majority of participants expressed satisfaction with the ease of use, the speed of procedures, and the variety of available options, all of which contribute to improving the travel experience.
