Abstract

Abstract: The world has always been exposed to dangerous epidemics that have shaken the security and stability of society and made it face several difficulties in dealing with these epidemics and how to overcome these economic, social and even health crises caused by the epidemic .For society to witness the new COVID-19epidemic, that has placed the world in a situation of risk and uncertainty. It has undermined all conventional prevention systems, and forced countries including Algeria, governments and organizations to rethink their management of epidemic risks and their confrontation with uncertainty. On this point, the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic was significant on Algeria depending on its economic situation and deterioration of the health system and the situation of health establishments in Algeria
