Abstract

Information is a crucial element in the life of organizations, because it helps decision-makers in making decisions, that's why we need to implement an effective information system to manage the information that revolved around organization. The hospital, like all organizations, needs a hospital information system to manage in the first information related to management and secondly the information related for patient. لإhe Information System Medicalization Program is a medico-economic tool that aims to create a national medical database that provides information to decision-makers, the control of the medical activity of health facilities as well as that the determination of the budget allocation through the pricing to the activity. So, from a good medical information processing we can make hospitals more efficient in terms of quality of services and cost control.
