Abstract

Management Control System is considred as the spine of managing process, and one of the most important appliances to controll organisations. This system plays a vital role when managing organistations, because it provides necessary information that enhance their performance. The purpose of this study is to identify the role of Management Control System in controlling hospitals institutions. In addition, this study deals with the creation and the definition of this system, passing by its principes, application stages. Moreover, the importance of this research is to make ultimate use from this system's implements, so we can see how important it is, and how important to adopt it in our hospitals. Applying Management Control System made a huge positive impact on performance in these hospitals, so it helped supervisors to make the best decisions and thus achieve the best results.
