Abstract

This study aims to know the role of information systems in human resources management, through an applied field study based on the questionnaire, which was distributed to the sample consisting of (36) employees in the Sonelgaz district for distribution in Djelfa. المرافق 94 In analyzing the questionnaire, a set of statistical tools and indicators (the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation) was used, and the five-point Likert scale was used, and one of the most prominent findings of the researcher is that information systems have a major role in managing human resources in the organization. The researcher also recommended the need to pay attention to information systems, especially in The aspect related to evaluating and monitoring workers.
