Abstract

the social security system in Algeria, as well as shed light on the healing card project and its effective role in developing the Algerian social insurance system. Where the problem of the study revolves around knowing the extent of the contribution of the Shifa Card to the modernization of the social security system in Algeria. The case of the National Fund for Social Insurance for Procedural Workers has been studied specifically in the state of "Chlef", using both the descriptive method in the theoretical side and the analytical method on the application side by preparing a questionnaire that deals with The subject of the study and its distribution to the employees of the National Social Security Fund, pharmacists and their social insurers in the state, and then analyze its results by using Excel program. The study concluded with proof that the transformation of the social insurance process to the recovery card system would cover the deficiencies of the old system. By evaluating the healing card system, this card will have fulfilled the purposes for which it was established. In conclusion, the Healing Card is a system, a successful project, and an important pillar, as it has achieved many goals related to the social insurer and social security organizations.
